Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Safiride platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability of drivers and vehicles.
• Payments must be made via the approved methods (M-PESA, Card, or Cash to Driver where applicable).
• "Pay Now" bookings attract a 5% discount.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a penalty fee (up to 50% of the fare). Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method or Safiride wallet.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to treat drivers and other passengers with respect. Any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of others may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Safiride acts as a connector between passengers and drivers. While we vet all drivers, we are not liable for direct damages arising from the use of the service beyond the value of the booking.
